It is legal to screw who ever you want but the second you ask for money it is illegal. Does that seem screwed up? You are arresting people for selling something they can give away for free!
They are not being arrested for tax evasion
They are not being arrested for vending without a license
They are being arrested for charging to fuck!

I don't get it either. What would happen if a cop picked up some skank on the side of the road and she said, "Oh, I'm not a whore, I'm a slut. I don't charge people for sex, I just give it away for free."
