UAD

So you are in the bathroom and you take a nice pee, you give it a few good shakes and you put it away. Only to have a little UAD (Un-autorized dribble). Its not like you peed your pants but you have some droplets of urine that will soon drying on your leg leaving an uncomfortably unclean feeling that will stay with you till you shower. Don't you hate when that happens?

I used to do stop the stream exercises to help control ejaculation but like all of my exercise routines I have gotten lazy so it looks like a little pee on my leg is all the incentive I need to get started again.

When you pee stand on your tip toes and stop and start peeing as many times as you can. Bonus to anyone who knows how to use this in connection with your million dollar point and what that combination allows you to do with enough practice;)

Sidebar Question:

Does UAD only happen to guys? Or do women experience this too?

That's why you have to do the "Milk and "Shake it" when you are done. Get it all out before putting it away.

If you shake it more than once, you're playing with it.

We women use toilet papaer when we pee so we don't get the uad. I've often wondered why men don't use teepee since the dribble is so common. Go on and give it a dab, for heaven's sakes!

The muscles that a woman uses to stop her pee in midstream are the kegel muscles and while pregnant, you are supposed to exercise these muscles to strengthen your vagina.

I'm doing my kegels right now.

The only women who get UAD are in their 80's and wear diapers...

My dear Brian, only you. I'll echo the rest of the girls and agree that we don't get the UAD. I'll also second 108's point about Kegels exercises. They aren't just beneficial during pregnancy.

If only I was a guy I could put this post to good use, lol. Since I'm not, I'll continue wiping with tp like most women and laughing at the men who don't :)

I think a little uad is a small price to pay for being able to urinate outdoors standing up and to not have any monthly visitors that create similar problems. And no matter how much we shake the damn thing we will not have any babies coming out of there.
