The velvet groove...when you are in a rut that is comfortable finding the means to escape it and look for new opportunities can be challenging.
Overcoming the inertia to do more, try more can be over whelming.
I am in the velvet groove and I need to get out.

Inertia/boredom can be considered a luxury.
Its like when drunks try to get sober, the first step is admitting you have a problem and as you have clearly acknowledged that you are aware of the velvetyness then only 11 steps to go...
