Actually Two Predictions
#1)We will see very shortly a celebrity wired for sound whose entire life will be broad casted and distributed on XM radio without commercial interruption or editing.
#2) Soon your TV guide will have over 100 "E" Like Channels bringing you celebrity story's and updates on their pooping schedules.

I disagree. I think that these will eventually fizzle out, just like every other kind of show. And as the market is flooded with different celebrity reality shows, ratings will be split and the genre will be soaked with craptastic shows...diluting how much people like that genre overall. Kinda like what happened to Ebay and Craigslist.
I think competitions with mostly regular people will continue, so long as someone is creative about the show premise.
