I have had the same Oreck Vaccum for 10 year it still works fantastic and that is saying alot because I vaccum everyday. Last Friday the belt on it finally gave out and I brought it into the store looking for a new one and they fixed it for free! Seriously I will never own another brand of vaccum because the customer service with Oreck is so amazing.

lol...I have some cat allergies so vaccuming helps keep them in check.
